In August, the Utah Supreme Court approved a major revision to Rule 24 of the Utah Rules of Appellate Procedure. The amendment substantially changed the organization and content of briefs.

The new rule went into effect on November 1, 2017, but you can't find the final rule on the court's website yet. The redlined amendment seems to be available, which makes reading the changes a big challenge given how many there are.
